We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at our Aurora site, where we are currently developing a new hotel project.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the construction project, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for project completion.
  • Select and coordinate work of subcontractors on various phases of the project.
  • Oversee performance of all trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Administer construction contracts and track and control construction schedule and associated costs to achieve project completion within timeframe and budget.
  • Report to the owner on project progress and any modifications to plans as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in assisting or supervising construction projects of increased complexity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and groups of people to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

We are a Real Estate Developer, Design Builder, and General Contractor, along with a Masonry Company. Our Head Office is located in Vaughan.
