Working closely with the Associate Director, eCommerce, you will proactively find, share, and use insights to improve plans and ensure that all best practices are followed to meet and exceed client expectations. Your strong data literacy, keen eye for detail, and ability to stay up-to-date on the evolving e-commerce landscape will be essential in this role. You will be responsible for setting up campaigns accurately in different platforms, tracking implemented programs, and running post-campaign analyses to advise future strategies. Additionally, you will present e-commerce strategy and budget recommendations during tactical presentations and provide direct oversight, management, leadership, and guidance to coordinators and/or strategists. If you have experience collaborating with other agency partners, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, we encourage you to apply. As a Supervisor, E-Commerce, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad portfolio of brands and help set up tests frameworks and share results with internal teams.
