About the Position:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering relationships with our existing and potential customers in Western Ontario. This includes creating and executing sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets in Western Ontario.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Technical Science or Chemistry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the chemical distribution and/or oil and gas industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com CRM.
