We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include establishing and implementing policies and procedures, determining and establishing office routines, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, overseeing the preparation of reports, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will require strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also have experience with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as project management software. Additionally, you should have knowledge of human resources principles and practices.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a dental plan, health care plan, and paramedical services coverage. You will also be eligible for a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).

Working hours will be 40 hours per week, and the position is permanent.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry. You must also be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
