Job Summary
Are you an HR expert with a passion for labour relations? Do you have experience in employee relations, collective agreements, and grievance preparation? We are looking for an HR Professional with Labour Focus to join our team at Randstad Canada.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on labour relations matters, including interpretation of collective agreements and grievance preparation.
- Conduct investigations into employee matters, including interviews and gathering relevant documentation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in employee case management, attendance, discipline, and terminations.
- Collaborate with the HR team on legal matters related to human resources and legislative interpretation.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on labour relations.
- Strong understanding of collective agreements, grievance preparation, and contract administration.
- CHRP certification is an asset.
