Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Alpine Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and facility maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people in the housekeeping department.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
