Job Summary:
Medavie Blue Cross is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the daily distribution of sensitive and confidential media to all lines of business and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute, analyze, and organize various types of sensitive and confidential media based on business rules and service level agreements for multiple regions.
- Maintain a high level of quality assurance in day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail on all items processed.
- Build and maintain relationships with team members and key stakeholders through open communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with business knowledge and adapt to process changes with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to ensure service levels are met and workflow is covered for all lines of business for each region on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to lift or move items up to 22kg
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken
- High attention to detail and familiarity with quality assurance measures
