Job Title: Executive Director of Quality

Christenson Developments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Quality to lead our team in providing exceptional senior care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operations of our facilities, ensuring a worry-free, comfortable, and active lifestyle for our residents.
  • Develop and implement site policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures, prioritizing financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Train and manage relief personnel, ensuring seamless coverage and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and external stakeholders to resolve concerns and improve services.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in business management or administration, or professional training in property management.
  • Demonstrated success in facility management, revenue generation, staff retention, hospitality, and fiscal management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Class 5 Driver's license and own vehicle.
