Job Title: Executive Director of Quality

Christenson Developments Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Quality to lead our team in delivering exceptional senior care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operations of our facility, ensuring a worry-free, comfortable, and active lifestyle for our residents.
  • Develop and implement site policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and ensure expenditures align with existing budget categories.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to resolve problems and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in business management or administration.
  • Proven experience in facility management and operations, revenue generation, staff retention, and fiscal management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Class 5 Driver's license and own vehicle.
