As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our retirement communities, ensuring the highest level of quality and care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve resident satisfaction
- Manage and train a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and quality care
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies, to promote our services and build relationships
- Participate in budget planning and financial management to ensure the financial sustainability of our communities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and operations
- Post-secondary education in business management or a related field
- Proven experience in facility management and operations, with a focus on quality and customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Working knowledge of computer programs, including MS Office and other relevant software
- Class 5 Driver's license and own vehicle
