Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Christenson Developments Ltd. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our retirement communities, ensuring the highest level of quality and care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve resident satisfaction
  • Manage and train a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and quality care
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies, to promote our services and build relationships
  • Participate in budget planning and financial management to ensure the financial sustainability of our communities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and operations
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business management or a related field
  • Proven experience in facility management, operations, and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors
