Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate HR procedures, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and recommend actionable strategies;
  • Engage in discussions with staff and provide support to diverse teams;
  • Oversee onboarding processes, integration workshops, and exit interviews;
  • Apply regulatory knowledge in the investigation and management of workplace incidents;
  • Facilitate health and safety committee gatherings;
  • Administer group insurance, disability, and maternity leave processes;
  • Serve as a liaison for unionized personnel;
  • Ensure adherence to the collective bargaining agreement;
  • Assist managers with administrative responsibilities;
  • Document HR workflows and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
REQUIRED PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline;
  • Three to five years of experience in human resources;
  • CRHA certification is a plus;
  • Experience within a unionized setting is beneficial;
  • Exceptional organizational abilities;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
