About the Role

We are seeking an experienced food service professional to join our team as a Senior Food Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring quality control standards are met, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work approximately 30-40 hours per week, including flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
