Job Description

This Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting role involves leading the creation, validation, and ongoing monitoring of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will be responsible for managing scheduled client data, dashboards, and reporting, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality information. Your analytical skills will be utilized to identify issues, develop strategies, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex financial data using various techniques and methods to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Support financial processes, including annual budgets, multi-year forecasts, and compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive reports, including financial statements, operational metrics, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of three years of related work experience in finance, preferably with expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
