Job Title: Culinary Operations Director
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
The Culinary Operations Director will oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, kitchen management, and staff training. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to implement innovative strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary operations, preferably in an Indian restaurant
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
