About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in asset management. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting on-site assessments, preparing reports, and managing client assets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and conduct on-site assessments to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Manage client assets, including tracking and storing data, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives and milestones.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A post-secondary diploma in construction or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, with a focus on assessment and technical report writing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
