Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Installation Reno Expert Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and train a team of carpenters, cabinetmakers, apprentices, trades helpers, and labourers.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and other reports, requisitioning materials and supplies, and setting up equipment.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, read blueprints and drawings, and estimate costs and materials.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to read and write in English or French.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with overtime required as needed.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

Our team works outdoors, with relocation costs covered by the employer. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
