Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Installation Reno Expert Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise construction staff.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure projects are completed within budget.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in residential construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:
