Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care that meets the needs and expectations of patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current Certification of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Current CPR and IV Therapy certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Meditech.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Must possess the ability to provide effective services to clients/patients in both English and French.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,108.50 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits including employment history which demonstrates regular attendance at work and possess the physical requirements of the position.
