Job Title: Physiotherapy Specialist - Rehabilitation Expert

Compensation Package:The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Job Description:Clinical Responsibilities:
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of clients requiring physiotherapy intervention. This will include the establishment and ongoing evaluation of treatment programs, including goals and discharge plans. The Physiotherapist will also maintain current and accurate clinical records according to standards set by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Other Responsibilities:
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Physiotherapist will participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System. They will also maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information and discuss same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must have a Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Physiotherapy, registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Preference will be given to candidates with three years providing physiotherapy services, including experience with in-home assessments and treatments.
