About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Caliph Digital Ltd. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with users, colleagues, and management to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is a private company, corporation, or industry setting.
