Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Perth-Andover. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure holistic and comprehensive treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
  • Active registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick.
  • Minimum of two years of specialized nursing experience in family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology.
  • Knowledge of the target population of Extra-Mural Services and available community services.
  • Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Clean criminal record check and current CPR Level C certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently as a team member.
