  • Home care and visiting care agency
  • Hospital or home for the aged
  • Nursing home/home for the aged
Key Responsibilities

The Personal Support Worker will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the cleaning, sterilizing, and setup of medical equipment.
  • Performing various duties related to patient care and comfort.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Helping with the mobility of patients, including lifting, turning, and positioning.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in patients' rooms and making beds.
  • Supervising and guiding patients in their exercise routines.
  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Transportation Requirements

Possession of personal transportation is necessary for this role.

Experience

A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
