Job Title: Assistant Manager, Hotel

Kingsway Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure that our hotel has the right people in the right roles.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent service to our guests.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling guest complaints, and ensuring that the front desk is running smoothly.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
