Job Title: Assistant Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at 12607361 Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Hotel Manager will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Hotel Manager in the overall management of the hotel, including supervising staff and managing budgets.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring the hotel operates within budget.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional activities, including marketing and advertising campaigns, to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 32 hours per week.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Assistant Hotel Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. The position involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
