The Bridge Bistro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing the kitchen staff and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement new menu items and specials, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of the restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet the demands of the restaurant.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a safe and healthy manner, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
