We are seeking a number of dedicated Turnaround Process Operators for a significant 2025 Upgrader Turnaround project located in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

About the Role

This key role will be instrumental in the pre-work, execution, and start-up of the Upgrader Turnaround project. As a Turnaround Process Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Upgrader unit during the turnaround period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the pre-work activities, including planning, preparation, and execution of the turnaround project.
  • Operate and maintain the Upgrader unit during the turnaround period, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the turnaround project.
  • Provide support to the project team during the start-up of the Upgrader unit.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in operating and maintaining process equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of process safety and operational procedures.
