Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at ADGA Group Consultants Inc. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in collaborating with clients and the development team to develop, deliver, and support high-performing, stable, and secure Healthcare Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate Lessons Learned to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather information from stakeholders and produce reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clients, technicians, and management to develop strategies for moving forward.
  • Develop functional and technical requirements and specifications using business process maps, Use Cases, JAD sessions, and document outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree or College/CEGEP Diploma related to commerce, business administration, information system management, computer science, information technology, engineering, or science from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the last 15 years performing tasks such as developing and documenting detailed statements of requirements, performing business analyses, defining and documenting interfaces, and identifying modifications to automated processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office, MS Visio, MS Azure DevOps, and MS Teams.
