Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Communicate lessons learned from process evaluations to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather information from stakeholders and produce reports to summarize findings.
  • Collaborate with clients, technicians, and management to develop strategies for moving forward based on evaluation findings.
  • Develop functional and technical requirements and specifications using business process maps, use cases, and other tools.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as commerce, business administration, or computer science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on developing and documenting detailed statements of requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office, MS Visio, MS Azure DevOps, and MS Teams.
