Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

ADGA Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in collaborating with clients and the development team to design, develop, and deliver high-performing, stable, and secure Healthcare Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Gather information from consultations with stakeholders and produce reports to document findings.
  • Collaborate with clients, technicians, and management to develop strategies for moving forward based on findings.
  • Develop functional and technical requirements and specifications using business process maps, Use Cases, JAD sessions, and document outcome, business workflow, and organizational models.
Requirements:
  • University Degree or College/CEGEP Diploma related to commerce, business administration, information system management, computer science, information technology, engineering, or science from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Developing and documenting detailed statements of requirements for proposed alternatives.
  • Performing business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Azure DevOps.
