Sales Business Development Manager

At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our Quick Service Restaurant division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic sales plans to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- 2-3 years of sales experience with a successful sales track record.
- Related sales and account management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an asset.
- Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required based on client site requirements.
- Previous business-to-business commercial sales experience.
- Industry-related experience in food service, hospitality, and food safety procedures.
- Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of producing results and growing markets.
- Total compensation range is $60,000 – $67,000.
- Eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
