Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager

At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our Quick Service Restaurant division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic sales plans to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with a successful sales track record.
  • Related sales and account management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an asset.
  • Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required based on client site requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous business-to-business commercial sales experience.
  • Industry-related experience in food service, hospitality, and food safety procedures.
  • Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong track record of producing results and growing markets.
What We Offer:
  • Total compensation range is $60,000 – $67,000.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
