Compensation and Benefits

As a Compassionate Community Care Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, you'll also enjoy paid sick days, orientation, and training.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current registration with the provincial licensing body. A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.
