Bayshore is an eligible employer supporting the Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN) which provides $25,000 in grant funding to eligible nurses in exchange for a two-year commitment. **Job Summary**
We are seeking passionate and caring Acute Care Community Nurses to join our team. As an Acute Care Community Nurse with Bayshore, you will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care they need and deserve delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities as an Acute Care Community Nurse will include:
- Providing high-quality home healthcare services to clients in their homes;
- Assessing clients' needs and developing individualized care plans;
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless client care;
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful as an Acute Care Community Nurse with Bayshore, you will require:
- A diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing;
- A valid registration with the provincial licensing body;
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle;
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we also offer:
