Sales Coordinator

Brandt Truck & Trailers is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in our Nisku location. This role will be responsible for maintaining complete records related to each sale, including call reports, quotes, specifications, sales orders, and expense reports.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally
- Assist with trade-shows and other customer events as required
- Support the branch sales department with sales administration tasks
- Generate leads through prospecting and cold calls to identified target lists
- Gain knowledge of the product line specifications and applications
- Update customer contact notes and opportunities in a timely manner using our database
- Handle walk-in customers
Required Skills
- Previous experience with inventory coordination
- Positive and professional attitude
- Diploma or degree in business
- Class 5 valid driver's license, class 1 is an asset
- 1-3 years of previous experience and understanding of specialized transportation equipment and industry, and sales experience in this area would be an asset
