Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving regional sales, promoting our brand, and pursuing business development opportunities through networking, direct sales, and market research.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in achieving profitable growth by meeting objectives of the strategy and business plans.
- Pursue and acquire new business while maintaining and developing existing relationships within an assigned region.
- Manage client relationships, communicate with operations teams and corporate offices regarding activity and progress.
- Identify trendsetting ideas by researching industry events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options and recommend equity investments.
- Engage in sales and marketing activities to drive growth and development of Brock Canada business across Canada.
- CLOSE NEW BUSINESS DEALS BY COORDINATING REQUIREMENTS; DEVELOPING AND NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS; INTEGRATING CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS WITH BUSINESS OPERATIONS.
- Post-Secondary education (diploma or degree) preferred.
- Industry experience is a significant advantage.
- Possess a broad understanding of scaffold, insulation, and fireproofing business, and its competitive environment.
- Considerable experience in a sales-related position, with a consistent track record of growing company sales and targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; high level of professionalism and motivation for sales while respecting diversity of opinions and open, clear, and succinct communication style.
- Highly effective organizational and time management skills in handling multiple priorities, performing various tasks, and meeting required deadlines.
- Extensive understanding of regional marketplace, clients, and competitors.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
