We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Summerside Pharmacy. This is a permanent full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administration.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and greeting clients.

In addition, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence and documents, and supporting newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

You will also need to have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and be proficient in English.

Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The position requires 32 hours of work per week and offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid vacation time.

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated annual salary for this position is $52,800.
