Job Summary

Saber Well Consulting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Provide customer service

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent work term
