Join our team at Chez Mon Dentiste as an Assistant de réception dentaire. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Greet and direct patients: Welcome patients and direct them to the appropriate area of the office.
- Process information: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, including scheduling appointments and handling payments.
- Record and relay information: Record and relay important information to patients and staff, ensuring seamless communication.
- Schedule and confirm appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with patients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Perform clerical duties: Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Answer telephone and relay messages: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to patients and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
