  • Process Information: Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Record and Relay Information: Accurately record and relay information to patients and staff.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with patients.
  • Manage Payments: Receive and issue payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Answer Phones: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to patients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
