The Private Client Solutions (PCS) Account Manager is responsible for overall servicing and support of high-net-worth clients, working alongside commercial producers to grow the PCS book of business with a focus on retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide value-added services to clients;
- Contribute to growth initiatives on behalf of the PCS department;
- Facilitate effective communication with company underwriters to secure optimal terms for PCS clients;
- Foster long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service;
- Maintain expertise in insurance products and services offered by various insurers;
- Support advisors with accounts receivable management;
- Collaborate with the PCS team to provide an outstanding customer experience;
- Work closely with advisors to ensure seamless client service, marketing, and renewal processes align with Lloyd Sadd's standards;
- Coordinate with account assistants to verify documentation accuracy and adherence to timelines;
- Oversee account documentation;
- Analyze clients' current coverage and exposures to inform product/service recommendations;
- Promote efficient and timely account servicing and billing;
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge;
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of personal lines experience and proficiency in EPIC brokerage software desired;
- Strong preference for Level 2 General Insurance license;
- Proven ability to work independently with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational capabilities.
