CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for processing and preparing payroll, managing ledgers, and completing government reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Process payroll, both manual and automated, and reconcile ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits enrollments, changes, and reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
- Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain payroll and benefits records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Government Reporting: Complete and submit government reports, including tax remittances and other required documents.
- Correspondence: Respond to employee inquiries and provide general correspondence related to payroll and benefits.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of payroll and benefits software, including Ceridian Dayforce HCM.
- Designations: Preference given to those with a PCP designation.
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year.
- Benefits: RRSP matching after 1 year of service, health, dental, and wellness benefits.
