Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at PUMA. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers, in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PUMA products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to PUMA's visual guidelines and ensuring that all visual displays meet or exceed company standards.
  • Loss Prevention: Participate in Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs, and take an active role in maintaining a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Store Management team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Experience: One to two years' experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably in the apparel or footwear industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service, effective communication, and presentation skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to constantly walk and move about, with frequent stationary standing, reaching, bending/twisting of head, and maintaining balance while walking.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Strong reading comprehension, basic math calculations, writing, complex problem-solving, and basic computer work skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to customers, products, and equipment. The ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is required.

Pay Range: $14.00 - $20.04
