Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations at multiple Kenny U-Pull locations within a designated district, ensuring all branches meet operational standards and achieve financial targets.
  • Lead and support Branch Managers to ensure effective management and development of their teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for each location within the district, analyzing financial reports to identify trends and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand, promoting a culture of safety and implementing programs to minimize workplace hazards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the district as required (70% of time on the road).
