About the Role

As a Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and implement project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations, including preparing construction schedules and monitoring progress
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Prepare detailed job cost estimates and accurate forecasting reports
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Process progress billings, manage change orders, and reconcile payments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial development
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and timeliness
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
