Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Team Lead to join our team at New Steel (Vaughan Mills Mall). As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing sales floor operations, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and effective way.
- Sales Floor Operations: Manage the sales floor, including restocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals, provide support and guidance as needed, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Problem-Solving: Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and professional manner, using good judgment and discretion when necessary.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas as needed.
Requirements
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and inclusive attitude.
