About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Management Professional to join IFG International Financial Group Ltd in Toronto, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing change management strategies across various projects.

About the Job:
The Manager Change Management role is crucial in driving organizational transformation by developing and deploying surveys to gauge employee sentiment, identifying areas for improvement, and measuring the impact of change efforts. Additionally, this role involves contributing to the development and moderation of a Gen AI Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and analyze surveys to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of change efforts
• Contribute to the development and moderation of a Gen AI Community of Practice
• Implement change management strategies across various projects
• Develop support materials for leadership teams and colleagues to facilitate smooth transition during organizational transformation
• Organize large-scale interactive engagement events to promote understanding and build support for Gen AI

Requirements:
• 2+ years of product/project management experience with a proven track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in change management (ProSci certification required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and experience
• Experience analyzing data and developing dashboards

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Six Sigma or similar certification
• GenAI experience/some exposure
• Human-centered Design/Design thinking/Agile
• Experience with modern engagement platforms

About Our Client:
IFG International Financial Group Ltd is a top financial services and insurance client in Canada, looking to hire a Manager Change Management for their team with an initial contract until December 2024, which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid, i.e., Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office for their Toronto office. The salary for this position is estimated at $57 per hour.
