Senior Technical Recruiter

At Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage technical candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions, ensuring a strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for each role.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and expand our talent network.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our organization, promoting our employee value proposition and building a strong employer brand within the technical community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and external partners, to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technical recruitment, sharing insights and recommendations with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the ability to quickly understand job requirements.
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and recommendations based on data and insights.
