We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at HJK Interior Decor Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills, be client-focused, and have the ability to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

About the Job

This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours of work per week. The job duration is expected to be long-term, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Client-focused and able to provide excellent customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
What We Offer

HJK Interior Decor Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location factors.
