Support Operations Coordinator

About the JobThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Support Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating information flow within the team to ensure seamless communication and task completion;
- Distributing mail and other materials efficiently;
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures effectively;
- Organizing daily operations and implementing efficient processes;
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines that enhance productivity;
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions;
- Compiling data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions;
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels;
- Arranging travel, itineraries, and reservations as needed;
- Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems;
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately;
- Performing data entry tasks efficiently;
- Maintaining and managing digital databases securely;
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail.
