GMO-Z BUSINESS SUPPORT CANADA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, detecting and troubleshooting irregularities, and providing advice on merchandise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and credit administration, with experience in invoice management, financial analysis, and computerized document management systems. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SQL, and Python is also required.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice clients and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
  • Provide advice about merchandise
  • Help with scheduling and workflow
  • Ensure that proper procedures are followed in the use of computerized document management systems

Requirements:

  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SQL, and Python
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and able to multitask
